Techniques against Swords
Although it's not something most people will ever have to deal with on a self-defence level these techniques are really pretty good. Enjoy.

Dare by the Gorillaz, live at Manchester Opera House
This video comes with a warning - Shaun Ryder, who is the Keith Richards of the Madchester generation, is outrageously out of it during this performance. it's classic Shaun, and classic Gorillaz in one of my favourite tunes of all time. Enjoy.

Another Brick in the Wall
This video is from the soundtrack of The Faculty, and is a cover version of The Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall pt 2 done by Tom Morello from Rage against the Machine and Layne Staley from Alice in Chains, among others. I used to have the song before my last hard drive bit the dust, and it's an excellent version of it. This video is pretty reasonable too. Enjoy!

1990's Pantera Interview
This is an interesting interview with Pantera's Phil Anselmo and Dimebag in the days before Phil became mostly incoherant. They discuss the violent scenes that happened during their opening set of the Monsters of Rock tour in Russia as well as a whole load of other issues concerning the band.

Cemetary Gates by Pantera
Another band I used to love when I was a teenager. Another band that has suffered a serious casualty with the murder of Dimebag Darryl. This song is a powerful anti-ballad and seems rather apt these days. Farewell to Dimebag.

We Care a Lot & Epic Live in Rio
FNM were always pretty good and tight live, as you can see from this video. The song We Care a Lot is one of my favourites of theirs because it's so ironic, but Epic is pretty good too because it's "Indulgent Rock" with tongue firmly in cheek. Enjoy.

I'm Easy by Faith No More
FNM were one of my favourite bands when I was a teenager and I managed to get to see them live twice. This song is a cool (if bizarre) cover version of the song by the Commodores, and the video is wonderfully weird. It was shot in a flat in London. Enjoy.

Rooster by Alice in Chains
This is one of my favourite songs by one of my favourite bands. The video is pretty good too - it's got that whole horrors of war thing going on with it that always makes me stop and think.

Would?
This is a version of Would? by Alice in Chains sung by Phil Anselmo and featuring Duff McKagen too. It's dedicated to both Layne Staley and Dimebag Daryl, may they both rest in peace.
