I was supposed to be grading this weekend, but nfortunately I'm ill, so my last coloured belt will have to wait :( A major part of our gradings at my level is Ippon Kumite, so in advance of my next grading, I decided to go look for some training videos. Here's a couple of good ones.

The first is an in depth video with lots of really interesting techniques. The sharpness of the techniques is excellent, but I think, if I remember correctly, this is the same guy I have a lot of kata videos of, and I liked the way he did them too. I haven't listened to the sound on this video, so it might well be in japanese.
